LuckyBuzz Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1 Introduction & Consent

LuckyBuzz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service operated for entertainment purposes. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LuckyBuzz.

• Only one account may be registered per email address.
• Account credentials may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• Creating accounts in the name of a corporate or business entity is not permitted.

LuckyBuzz may not accept registrations from certain countries or regions. We reserve the right to restrict access for users in specific jurisdictions due to applicable legal requirements.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your LuckyBuzz account. Please follow the guidelines below to keep your account safe:

• Keep your password strong and unique — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. LuckyBuzz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access, unless it is proven to have been caused by a fault in our systems.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; however, due to technical reasons, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may require additional identity verification.
• LuckyBuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious transactions.

LuckyBuzz supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in other currencies, conversion rates will apply based on the prevailing market rate at the time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

LuckyBuzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified wagering requirement (typically 20x–35x) must be fulfilled first.
• There is a set time limit within which wagering requirements must be met.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to each bonus offer.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once will result in the bonus being voided.

• Registering with false information.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting through the bonus system for the purpose of generating profit (bonus hunting).
• Any other violation of the terms and conditions.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on LuckyBuzz operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, verified through regular third-party audits.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
• Each game has its own rules, RTP (Return to Player) rate, and maximum win limit.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the LuckyBuzz platform:

• Fraud: Using a fake identity, false information, or another person's identity.
• Bots & Software: Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Collaboration: Colluding with other players in live games.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to misuse or exploit the bonus system.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Third-Party Payments: Processing transactions using another person's payment method.

If any of the above activities are detected, LuckyBuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action.

8 Information & Privacy

10 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

LuckyBuzz may close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious or repeated violations of the terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Registration using false information.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Upon account closure, we will make reasonable efforts to return any valid balance. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

LuckyBuzz shall not be held liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• Losses caused by faults in third-party software or services.
• If account security is compromised due to user negligence.
• If the service is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).
• Complications arising from non-compliance with local laws applicable in the user's region.

In all cases, LuckyBuzz's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount deposited in that specific transaction.

12 Right to Modify

LuckyBuzz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Registered users will be notified by email 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• The date of any changes will be noted at the top of this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
